Anna Beatriz began her career in the Intellectual Property area in 2016 and, in 2022, joined Gruenbaum, Possinhas & Teixeira as an attorney, acting and coordinating all procedures related to the registration and protection of trademarks abroad.
She was recognized in 2024 and 2025 editions of “The Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Brazil” ranking, in the Intellectual Property category, which highlights the rising talent of lawyers who are taking notable steps in their legal careers.

She has a certificate of completion of the ANPEI Patent Preparation course and the Professional Training Course in Industrial Property of ABAPI-RJ.

Graduated in Law at Catholic University of Petrópolis, L.LM in Business Law at Getúlio Vargas Foundation and post-graduated in Intellectual Property Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, he began his career in the Intellectual Property area in 2021.
He has several specialization courses in the area of Intellectual Property, with extensive experience with national and international clients.
He joined Gruenbaum, Possinhas & Teixeira in 2024, working in trademark administrative litigation and judicial litigation.

Bachelor in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. Has been working in the field of Intellectual Property since 2023, when he joined the law firm Gruenbaum, Possinhas & Teixeira as a Patent and Trademark Intern. Since then, he has gained practical experience in deadline monitoring, report preparation, document organization, and client communication regarding the progress of cases.
Currently works as a Foreign Trademark Paralegal, involved in all stages of international trademark protection, including availability searches, filings, renewals, analysis of office actions, and preparation of responses to official bodies. His role ensures the protection and legal security of clients’ trademarks at a global level.

In addition, she also works with Plant Variety Protection and Registration, managing both the filing process and the analysis and compliance with requirements before the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.

In 2015, she joined Gruenbaum, Possinhas & Teixeira as a Patent Technician, acting in all procedures related to patent protection, from prior art searches, drafting and submittal of compliance with official action, fulfillment of requirements, statements and appeals, in addition to the entire technical/administrative monitoring of patents in Brazil and abroad.
In 2023 and 2024, she was recognized as IP Leader by WIPR (World IP Review) guide, and by Leaders League ranking in “Patent Prosecution” category in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 e 2025.
