Lawyer since 2001, graduated by the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and post-graduated in Intellectual Property at the same University.
Carlos has extensive knowledge in the areas of Intellectual Property, Civil, Commercial, Administrative and Constitutional Law, with an emphasis on Civil Liability and Consumer Law. He works before the Court of Justice of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Federal Regional Court and Brazilian Superior Courts.
He was awarded in the monograph competition of the Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property (ABPI), with the monograph ‘The Well-Know Trademark of Article 16, III of TRIPS’ and recognized for outstanding practice in the area of Litigation in Brazil, by the Leaders League 2023 ranking.
He has been a partner at Gruenbaum, Possinhas & Teixeira since 2003.
