The Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office announced that, as approved by Ordinance No. 055/2021, published in the Industrial Property Magazine (RPI) 2659, of December 21, phase III of the Patent Prosecution Highway Examination Pilot Project (PPH), will come into effect on January 1, 2022
