XXII International Congress on Intellectual Property – ASPI

On Wednesday, March 22, our partner, Leonardo Cordeiro, spoke at the panel “Article 32 of the LPI: Interpretations and Limits” at the XXII International Congress on Intellectual Property – The New Frontiers of Intellectual Property, organized by ASPI.
The main objective was to discuss the limits of amendments that can be made to patent claims in the INPI, and present the current situation of discussions between the agency and other professional associations involved.
