Following the decision of the ADI 5529, last Thursday, which extinguished the device provided for in the sole paragraph of art. 40 of the LPI, the National Institute of Industrial Property (BPTO) published today, in the Industrial Property Magazine (RPI) number 2628, a statement about the adjustment of the validity of patents related to pharmaceutical products and processes and to equipment and / or materials for use in health.
