Pharmacy Bachelor, Master’s degree in Pharmacology and Medicinal Chemistry from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. PhD in Intellectual Property and Innovation from INPI (BPTO).
He worked as a Technical Advisor (Pharmacist) at the Court of Justice of the State of Rio de Janeiro (NATAS-TJRJ), preparing technical opinions relating to law suits involving medicines requests, providing the judges with technical support.
He began his career in the Intellectual Property area in 2018, working in all procedures related to patent protection, from prior art searches, FTO analysis, preparation and filing of patent applications, compliance with requirements, statements and appeals Against rejection decisions, in addition to the entire technical/administrative monitoring of patents in Brazil and abroad.
