Bachelor in Industrial Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Universidade Federal Fluminense. Michelle has a MBA in IP issued by Universidade Candido Mendes.
She began her career in Intellectual Property in 2016. She joined Gruenbaum, Possinhas & Teixeira in 2020 as Patent Technician, with practice in the entire patent prosecution for national and international clients, performing technical/administrative monitoring of patents in Brazil and worldwide.
Main activities: prior art searches, patent drafting, FTO’s analysis, filing patent applications, analysis, drafting and submittal of compliance with official action, analysis, drafting and submittal of reponse to technical opnions and analysis, drafting and submittal ofappeal against rejection.
