Our partners Andréa Possinhas and Luciana Noronha were confirmed to their second term as part of the INTA

We are pleased to announce that Our partners Andréa Possinhas and Luciana Noronha were confirmed to their second term as part of the International Trademark Association (INTA) committees 2022-2023. 

Andréa will continue being part of the ‘Unreal Campaign Committee’, an INTA initiative aimed at consumer awareness, designed to educate young consumers (ages 14-23) about the importance of trademarks and the dangers of counterfeit products. 

Luciana will continue being part of the ‘Non-Traditional Marks Committee’, which develops and defends the Association’s policy regarding the protection of non-traditional trademarks, such as sound, three-dimensional and position marks. This committee will monitor developments in treaties, cases, legislation and regulations in various jurisdictions, complete analyses and propose policy recommendations to the Board.

 Our partners are very happy with the opportunity to continue contributing to these committees, which have participated since 2020.
