National Innovation Day

Today, October 19th, we celebrate the National Innovation Day, a highly significant date, considering the position recently achieved by Brazil, being back among the 50 most innovative nations in the world and in first place in Latin America and the Caribbean, according to the Global Innovation Index (IGI). “Despite being back in the TOP 50, we are the 9th economy in the world and we cannot be satisfied with just being in the 49th position of the IGI. We still have a lot to do”, concludes Leonardo Cordeiro, our partner and Head of the Patent Department , Innovation and Technology.
