International Fashion Law Congress

Our office was one of the sponsors of the VIII International Fashion Law Congress, which took place last week, from November 22nd to 24th, at the headquarters of the Rio de Janeiro Sectional Council of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB-RJ).

Our attorney, Mariana Valente, who is a member of the Fashion Law Commission (CDMD), was the presenter and one of the organizers of the event. She also participated as a speaker representing her team in the workshop ‘Artificial Intelligence and Contracts in Fashion Law,’ which took place on the first day of the Congress.

Over three days, the event featured lectures, thematic roundtable discussions, and workshops with renowned experts. It also included technical visits to strategic points of the fashion industry in Rio de Janeiro, such as Casa FARM, SENAI CETIQT College and the National Historical and Art Museums of Rio, to discuss the relationship between Law and Fashion in the Marvelous City
