BPTO adopts new understanding of the Precedence Rights, provided in the §1 of art. 129 of Law No. 9,279/96

The Brazilian PTO published, at the Industrial Property Review on November 3, 2021, the normative opinion 43/21, which changes its understanding, adopted until then, on the Precedence Rights, provided in the §1 of art. 129 of Law No. 9,279/96 and begins to recognize it as a basis for filing Administrative Nullity Proceedings.
