ABAPI Lecture – Position Marks

Our partner and 2nd Vice-President of the Brazilian Association of Industrial Property Agents (ABAPI), Andrea Possinhas, attended today, in Curitiba, the lunch-lecture on “Position Marks” organized by ABAPISUL, a section of ABAPI. The lecture was given by the Director of Trademarks at the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), Dr. Schmuell Cantanhêde, and by the President of ABAPI, Dr. Alvaro Loureiro.
The event was promoted in response to recent INPI decisions involving requests for position marks, which have raised some questions, and its main objective was to clarify doubts and foster in-depth discussions on this topic.
