Registrability of Trademarks That Identify Goods or Services Listed as Illegal in Brazil

Published in issue no. 20 of the ASPI Journal, the article addresses a delicate issue concerning the registration of trademarks for illicit products and services. Pedro discusses the recent initiatives of the INPI to prohibit such registrations (particularly those related to psychotropic substances and bets), contrasting them with obligations assumed by the Brazilian State in international treaties.
