IP Key – The Importance of Plant Varieties Protection

Our partner, Leonardo Cordeiro, President of the Plant Varieties Committee of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), will be a speaker at the seminar: “The Importance of Plant Varieties Protection”, an event organized by IP Key LA and ASIPI in Lima, Peru.

The seminar will provide a detailed overview of the plant variety protection system, as well as discuss the legal measures that have been implemented in some Latin American countries in response to intellectual property rights violations.

The event will take place on October 10, in person in Peru, with an option for online participation.
