ABAPI Course – Professional Training in Industrial Property

Yesterday marked the conclusion of another Patents module taught by our partner, Leonardo Cordeiro, in the “Professional Training in Industrial Property” course, organized by the Brazilian Association of Industrial Property Agents (ABAPI).
On June 6th, 11th, and 13th, Leonardo covered essential topics such as the rights and faculties of patent holders, the legal aspects of patent assignment and licensing, and the rights of inventors. As in previous years, the classes were a success, adding value and offering valuable insights to the participating Patents professionals.
