The Mercosur Agreement and Geographical Indications

The Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI) recently released the 51st edition of its Newsletter, featuring an article on the Mercosur Agreement and Geographical Indications (GIs). Andrea Possinhas and Luiz Marinello, coordinators of the ABPI’s GI Studies Commission, contributed to the article.
The Commission will soon hold an extensive debate.
