XVII ABAPISUL Regional Meeting

Our partners Andréa Possinhas and Leonardo Cordeiro will attend the XVII ABAPISUL Regional Meeting, which will take place on March 18, 19 and 20, in Florianópolis, SC.

The event will discuss the current main issues related to Intellectual Property, among them, NFTs and IP in the digital age, position marks in practice, the unconstitutionality of the sole paragraph of art. 40 and how to overcome the reduction of patent filings in Brazil.
